Both DICOM and HL7 have a corresponding certification. The DICOM certification is managed and issued by PARCA (http://pacsadmin.org/cdip.cfm) and the HL7 certification is managed and issued by HL7 (http://www.hl7.org/implement/certification.cfm). SIIM only provides the training and study resources that can be used to take the certification exams.
