This web conference about Healthcare IT Standards for EHR and the Role of IHE will take place on Thursday, July 15th, 2010 from 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST (10:00 PM New York, 7:00 PM San Francisco and July 16th at 10:00 AM Singapore). Healthcare IT standards are the cornerstone for any successful EHR implementation. Many find them daunting or too complex. It is important to understand major Healthcare standards and their significance to build, implement and use any EHR system. The webinar will provide an introduction to major HIT standards that are significant in today's healthcare IT systems. The webinar will also introduce the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) initiative which has been instrumental in bringing interoperability between various HIT systems.
