What is the OTech Enterprise Server (OES - Test Version)?
 The OTech Enterprise Server - diagnostic or test version is a mini computer with a very small form factor (5" by 7" by 2"), which has the proper diagnostic software pre-loaded to be able to test and monitor PACS devices and digital modalities. It does not only eliminates the job of installing the troubleshooting and monitoring software, it also provides a dedicated computer that can be connected and run safely on a PACS system, therefore it will be easier to meet general IT and security practices as defined by many institutions.
What does it contain?
It contains the OT-DICE software which allows it to send/receive images and query databases and work lists for test purposes while being able to monitor these transactions using an open source sniffer (Wireshark). In addition, it has also pre-installed a version of OT-Heartbeat, providing a monitoring tool for your PACS devices, allowing scheduled network and DICOM Pings to occur, while proving automated status change messaging for an administrator. It also contains a public domain DICOM server, i.e. Conquest to provide a PACS test node.
What comes with it?
The system runs Windows XP and does not necessarily require a dedicated keyboard and/or monitor as all features can be accessed either via a web interface or remote log-in. It is provided with a stand and external power supply.
What is the warranty?
1. The warranty for the OES is six (6) months from the date of receipt. During the warranty period, OTech, Inc. will repair or replace the product covered under this limited warranty.
2. Service and Support: OTech, Inc. provides the technical support for installation problems with your system for 60 days after receipt. The technical support service is limited to installation and configuration issues only. The technical support service does not offer software tutoring or training.

The OES typically ships within 10 working days after receipt of the order.
