This high paced web-based seminar teaches the essential core components of the HL7® Version 2 and FHIR® standard.
This seminar is intended for professionals who support, manage and develop healthcare imaging and IT systems which use the HL7® interface protocols such as PACS systems, departmental and hospital information systems including electronic healthcare records and reporting systems. This includes PACS administrators, biomedical engineers, service engineers, interface analysts and IT personnel. In the second part of the seminar, students will understand the structure of the HL7® FHIR® standard, focusing on the use of FHIR® resources and understand the architectural impact of FHIR deployment. We will use an open source FHIR server to demonstrate operations on several important FHIR resources.
