3. User Interface

3.1 Main Window

The main window consists of:

A menu area from which all the application functions can be performed.
A Mode window, which contains five buttons that are used to activate the various modes.
An area below the Mode window that contains the AE Title combo box and the CONFIGURE NODES button, when the application is in Storage SCP mode. In all other modes, the area below the Mode window contains the Calling AE Title, Called AE Title and Node name combo boxes and the CONFIGURE NODES button.
A display window with a tab for displaying the Local result for the selected mode, a tab for displaying the Remote result for the selected mode and a tab for displaying the Log view.
An area above the tab control in which buttons dynamically change depending on the selected mode and which operations are performed.
Two buttons, CLEAR and CLEAR ALL, in the top right corner of the main window. These buttons are used to clear the contents from the display area.
