1. License Information

The application provides a free 30-day evaluation period after which the license will expire and the application will not run. If you wish to register the product at any time, contact OTech, Inc. to obtain a permanent license.

1.1 Registering the product

When the application is launched, a dialog box will appear, prompting you to continue running in the 30-day evaluation mode or to register the product. When you click the REGISTER button, the license dialog box will be displayed. In the license dialog box a reference code will be displayed, please copy the reference code and send it to OTech, Inc. to obtain a permanent license key. Once you obtain the permanent license key, launch the application, click on the REGISTER button to bring up the License dialog, enter the key in the License Key field and hit OK. Now the product is fully licensed.

The Registration dialog box will not be displayed upon launching the application once the product is licensed.

1.2 License Agreement

OTech, Inc. Software License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING AND / OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL AND / OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

The OT-DICE software consists of executable software, library files, support files, test files and documentation, which will be collectively referred to as OT-DICE.

Restrictions

You are not allowed to de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce OT-DICE to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify, network, rent, lease, distribute or derivative works based upon OT-DICE in whole or in part. You may not electronically transmit OT-DICE over a network.

Disclaimer of warranty on OT-DICE

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of OT-DICE is at your sole risk. OT-DICE is provided AS IS and without warranty of any kind. OTech, Inc. shall EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OTech, Inc. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

OTech, Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING OT-DICE. IN NO EVENT WILL OTech, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF OTech, Inc. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Severability

If any of the above provisions are held to be in violation of applicable law, void, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then such provisions are herewith waived to the extent necessary for the License to be otherwise enforceable in such jurisdiction. However, if in the opinion of OTech, Inc. deletion of any provisions of the License by operation of this paragraph unreasonably compromises the rights or increase the liabilities of OTech, Inc., OTech, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the License.
